feeling kinda
i have a ton of things to talk about. but right now, all i want to do is share this image. this is what i saw this weekend.
if you haven't been on a sailboat before - it rocks. there's something amazing about looking up the sail, or steering the boat, or just being there.
we headed out of the marina, and after a bit, it was clear that i didn't need to worry about how the boat was doing.
so. i walked out on the deck, laid down to enjoy the sun and the wind.
i laid there for a few hours... just listening to the sail snap, the waves against the hull, and *loving* the fact that i was out on the water.
when i finally opened my eyes, i saw that the shot up the sail was the perfect photo. thanks, B and Cap'n, for handing me my crap ass one-off disposable camera to take this picture.
if you haven't been on a sailboat - lemme know. i'd be more than happy to take you out on the water if you're in the local Boston area. ;)
