feeling kinda

i'm still feeling kind of water-sloggy and wishing it were a longer long weekend. so i thought i'd throw a few pictures from a drier day up here and call it an entry. s'okay with you? ;)

so this would be the LA version of me, complete with cell and designer water. Chica took this one at the beach, which was part of the birthday outing. i was returning a few phone calls, and watching seagulls steal a bag of goldfish crackers from the folks in front of us. the water - yeah, i'll defend that. it's better to keep hydrated. so i nearly always carry a bottle of water with me.

and this is the obligatory Clam Shot. we went up here for dinner afterwards. mmmm... lobster. tasty, tasty.

for the record: my ass really isn't a half mile wide. it's the edge of the clam sign, blending in with my shorts.
